Double dry hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo
A juicy interpretation of the style, this crisp DIPA is not as malt forward as its American forefathers. Don't worry though, it still has the necessary ABV.
A late addition of Chinook in the kettle reduces the IBUs and in turn allows for a lighter malt profile. The double dry hopping is the main event. Firstly during active fermentation and then again late in the secondary, the Ekuanot and Amarillo unleash a fragrant citrus explosion that will awaken the senses.
Released under the Pilot Series as a small batch, snatch up this limited release while you can.
