DIPA - Ekuanot & Amarillo

Double dry hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo

330ml bottle

£4.00

ABV. STYLE VEGAN?
7.4% Double IPA YES

A juicy interpretation of the style, this crisp DIPA is not as malt forward as its American forefathers. Don't worry though, it still has the necessary ABV.

A late addition of Chinook in the kettle reduces the IBUs and in turn allows for a lighter malt profile. The double dry hopping is the main event. Firstly during active fermentation and then again late in the secondary, the Ekuanot and Amarillo unleash a fragrant citrus explosion that will awaken the senses.

Released under the Pilot Series as a small batch, snatch up this limited release while you can.

This beer has all of the hallmarks of Belgian Strong Ale, it is light bodied with notes of plum, apricot and citrus fruits. In the words of Ice Cube "check yourself, before you wreck yourself" and enjoy this fantastic example of a Belgian style tripel ale responsibly. If you have any left-over, it is perfectly age-able and will mature in your cellar, we recommend a minimum of 6 months before there is a noticeable change in flavour.

£2.30

ABV. STYLE VEGAN?
4.1% Grisette YES

Grisette, a French word for a young lady dressed in the grey factory uniform of the industrial revolution. She might be found holding a tray of beer waiting for Belgian workers or miners at the end of their shift.

Wales has a rich history of mining and industry, so we set out to create a Welsh table beer inspired by these fine table beers from Wallonia.

At 4.1% this little beauty will quench your thirst long after the work day is over. We chose fruity Ekuanot & Mosaic to compliment the Belgian yeast and coriander.
